Stock Selector
Our Stock Selector is a model portfolio of the top ten stocks picked by our QSCM stock selection system. The QSCM system is a proprietary stock selection system. Our QSCM system ranks stocks by how often they appear as buys in multiple sub-systems. These sub-systems use several unique investment strategies which improve returns. Because of the difference in investment styles, some stocks will be growth oriented picks, some will be momentum oriented picks, and some will be value oriented picks. The variety of styles used by our QSCM system lowers the risk of underperformance during times when one style or strategy is out of favor.
The performance of this model portfolio has been impressive. Since its inception in December 2008, the fully invested version of this model portfolio has outperformed the S&P 500 by over 28%! Yes, you read that right. Outperformance, not absolute performance. The selectively hedged version of this model portfolio has returned the same as the S&P 500 but was hedged until June 2009, partially hedged during the next 2 months and fully invested afterwards.

PBob Stock Rank
The Pbob Stock Rank is an extremely powerful, versatile, and useful tool for making decisions about which stocks to buy. You can get a rank for an individual stock, or you can get the stock rankings for all the stocks in several indices. The stock rank is a number between 0 and 100. The higher the number is the higher the stock's potential price appreciation. In general, stocks with a rank above 65 are buys, those with a rank between 35 and 65 are holds, and the stocks with a rank below 35 are sells. The stock rankings are updated weekly except for a few weeks at the end of July and beginning of August.
